Calling his actions “brazen,” the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has charged a man from Latvia in a stock price manipulation scheme that allegedly netted him more than USD 850,000 in illegal profits.

Igors Nagaicevs, 34, who apparently lives in Jūrmala, is alleged to have hijacked online securities trading accounts, using them to manipulate prices of stocks in which he had an interest, according to the SEC’s complaint filed Jan. 26 in federal court in San Francisco.(...)

We must not oversleep our freedom !

The Internet is just one of the tools for helping the entertainment business advertise their work. People do make legal purchases after they have seen it on Youtube or after downloading it.

I agree that there should be restrictions, very true especially for the music industry.

The Leaning Tower of Suurhusen is a late medieval steeple in Suurhusen, a village in the East Frisian region of northwestern Germany.

According to the Guinness World Records it was the most tilted tower in the world, though in 2010 the newly erected Capital Gate tower in Abu Dhabi claimed this record. (...)

The Trevi Fountain was built by architect, Nicola Salvi, in 1732 and completed by Guiseppe Panini in 1762 and was decorated by artists from the Bernini School. The fountain’s water was supplied by one of Rome’s first aquaducts.

legend surrounding the fountain is that if you toss a coin over your shoulder into the fountain you are destined to return to Rome, if you throw two coins you are assured the love of a desired partner and if you throw three coins you will marry your desired partner. (...)

Back in the early twentieth century Yellow Cab company chose bright yellow color for cars.

That were specially designed to work as a taxi.

The choice in favor of this particular color was made because the bright yellow color is clearly visible on city streets.(...)

Their remoteness and inaccessibility has enabled the tribes to resist outside influence.
