People in Singapore cook special soup with carefully selected herbs and ginseng.

People in India cure themselves with incenses. They add water to incense burners and pour two to three drops of oil – vanilla, anis, lemon, mint, milfoil, fennel, tee tree and juniper.

If you don’t have incense burner, drop some oil on a tissue and breathe in the fumes. If you are not able to get rid of nausea and headache, rub some peppermint oil under your nose or add two to three drops to 30 milliliters of olive oil and rub this mixture onto your stomach.

You will feel refreshed and your stomach will settle down. Majoram oil will help cure headaches ahangovernd balance your nervous system. Rub a drop of this oil behind both ears.

In some Chinese provinces people drink raw eggs and eat butter prior to indulging. Greeks use the same methods.

The best drinks are gin or vodka because they are relatively pure drinks that undergo repeated cleaning. Dark beverages should be avoided since they contain chemicals that may cause hangover.

Finns treat hangover with cold beer and herring.

Germans eat lamb and bananas the morning after, chasing it with milk. Bananas replenish energy lacking after wild festivities.

Puerto Rico people rub lemon in the armpit area. Those living in the Sothern part rub it clockwise, and those in the Northern part do it counterclockwise.
